Troubleshooting & Error Codes
Start with the product manual and these general checks. Contact support if the issue continues.
The meter does not turn on
Check that the correct battery type is installed in the direction shown in the manual. Replace the battery if needed.
The strip is not recognized
Confirm compatibility, orientation, storage condition and expiry. Use a new strip if the strip is damaged or contaminated.
The sample does not fill the strip
Wait for the blood-drop symbol, then touch the strip inlet to the sample as shown in the manual. Do not add a second sample unless the manual specifically directs it.
An error code remains on screen
Record the full code and model, consult the error-code table in the exact manual, then contact support if the code continues.
The result is unexpected
Follow the repeat-test and control-solution guidance in the product instructions. For symptoms or treatment decisions, contact a qualified healthcare professional.
